Refund & Return Policy

At Grateful Heart Designs, many of our items are custom-made specifically for each customer. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders (Including All Apparel & Bulk Orders)

All shirts and custom apparel are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

We will only accept a return or offer a replacement on a custom item if:

  • The item has a manufacturer’s defect, or

  • There was an error on our part (incorrect size, design, or item produced)

If an issue occurs:

Resolutions for approved claims may include:

  • A replacement item (preferred resolution)

  • Store credit

  • In rare cases, a refund excluding shipping costs

All resolutions are provided at our discretion.


Non-Custom (Ready-to-Ship) Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of smoke, pet dander, and damage

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

Once received, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed.


Clearance Items

All clearance or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Ineligible & Late Returns

Items returned after 14 days, or items that do not meet return conditions, will not be accepted.
These items will not be credited or returned and may be donated at our discretion.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including in cases where a refund is approved.
