Grateful Heart Designs offers products for one-time purchase only.

At this time, we do not offer:

• Subscriptions

• Memberships

• Automatic renewals

All purchases require full payment at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated in writing for bulk or special orders.

Order Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed, and materials are often ordered specifically for each order.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact customerservice@gratefulheartapparel.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved cancellations, if any, may result in store credit at our discretion.
