Grateful Heart Designs specializes in custom apparel and merchandise.
Due to the custom nature of most products:

  • All shirt and custom orders are considered final sale

  • Production begins once an order is placed and confirmed

Product colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and production methods.

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify sizes, quantities, spelling, and design details before submitting an order

  • Review mockups and order confirmations carefully

Grateful Heart Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Payment is required in full before production begins

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

Bulk, church, and custom orders may require special invoicing and payment timelines.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Custom orders are placed into production promptly and materials are often ordered specifically for each order.

Shipping & Delivery

Grateful Heart Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of Grateful Heart Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
